Our two Trailhead Outreach Coordinators conduct over 150 Trailhead visit days per year, engaging thousands of backcountry users of all types across Colorado
MOBILE CLASSROOM
Help us purchase a trailer that will be converted into a mobile avalanche education classroom

At Friends of CAIC, we work to promote avalanche safety and awareness across Colorado - helping you and your partners come home safe after a day in the mountains. A critical part of this work is our Trailhead Outreach Program (TOP), which provides on-snow avalanche awareness and education at trailheads across the state.
To run the TOP, we rely on the support community members like you. With your help, we are looking to raise $40,000 for the TOP by April 12th!
